Crystal Real Estate (Pvt) Ltd is a fully registered firm in terms of the Companies Act (Chapter 24.03) and was incorporated on the 3rd of December 2015, further more we are registered with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe. The company is under the stewardship of Mr Isaac Dhlora who is a Registered Estate Agent No.807 and Valuer No.127. Mr Dhlora has over 13 years' experience in real estate, covering all facets of the industry including property management, valuations, sales, finance and auctioneering. Isaac started with Eagle Estate Agents (Pvt) Ltd from February 2003 to December 2009, then joined Concept Real Estate (Pvt) Ltd beginning 2010 to December 2012 before being employed by Southbay Real Estate (Pvt) Ltd in January 2013 to 30 June 2016. Apart from the real estate qualifications, Isaac is also a finalist of Diploma in Financial Accounting with the Institute of Administration and Commerce. He is also studying towards a BA Hons in Business Studies majoring in Management.
As part of his Valuations experience, Mr Dhlora has been involved in valuing such big properties for Old Mutual namely: Eastgate, Old Mutual Centre; Westgate, Highglen and Chitungwiza Shopping Centres; Office Parks - Tendeseka; Borrowdale Race Course, Mutual Gardens; I Prospect Park Industrial, Willowvale Industrial and others. Furthermore, he was involved in the valuations for Communications and Allied Industry Pension Fund; Star Africa Corporation- formerly Red Star Wholesalers countrywide; Homelink; Champions Insurance; CBZ Bank etc. Mr Dhlora has experience in progress inspections for building loans purposes as well as experience in valuation and feasibility assessments of land banks.
Crystal Real Estate has five core areas of operations or service delivery namely: property management, property valuations, property sales, auctioneering, project management and general property consultancy. However, in the long run the company has set sights on property development as a way of contributing in its small way towards affordable housing delivery to the public.
